Last week, I was given notice to write and deliver a speech, in 3 short days! 🤯 Normally, I give myself months to write, rehearse, and tweak any type of speech, and so, naturally I was freaking out. But luckily, this speech was easy to write as it was key to my transformation as a leader: The benefits of having a mentor.

Great leadership is not born overnight. It requires patience, courage, resilience, and often, guidance. That's where mentors come into the picture. They act as your external brain, helping you navigate through the labyrinth of leadership. But who are these mentors? Are they the same for everyone? And how do you find them? Let's explore the five types of mentors every successful leader needs.

Imagine having a personal field guide to help you through the treacherous terrain of leadership. That's what mentors do.
